Dear Parent:
Thank you for considering Academy Days Homeschool Co-op as a supplement to your home education! Since our first session in August 2006, many families have been blessed by the opportunity to meet in one place on one day of the week to learn, socialize, and support one another. Before you commit to the next semester, however, we encourage you to read the Co-op Guidelines, perhaps also read “15 Reasons Not To Join Our Co-op” and our FAQs, and prayerfully consider whether our co-op would benefit your family at this season of your lives. Academy Days Homeschool Co-op is neither a school nor a drop-off program. You must be on-site every hour your child attends, serving as a team teacher, helper, set-up or clean-up crew member for part of the day. The families enrolled manage this organization, and it is the combined efforts of all families that have made this co-op such a success. It is important that all families read the guidelines thoroughly before considering becoming a part of Academy Days. Upon understanding how we function and what your responsibilities will be can you then determine if this is a good fit for your family. We joyfully anticipate another great semester! May God bless you as you follow His will. Warmly, Carren, Debbie, Erin Academy Days Co-op Leadership Team |
