Custard Tart Print
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 cups milk
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 9” pie crust

Mix cinnamon and sugar, mix in milk, add egg yolks and beat well. Pour into pre-baked pie crust. Bake in 375 degree oven  for 50-60 minutes.
