Tart of Spinnage (Spinach Tarts) Print

Ingredients:
2- 10 oz pk frozen chopped spinach
3/4 cup sour cream
2 TB butter
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Cook and drain spinach per instructions on package. Add all ingredients and mix well. Use as is or heat up. Use mini-puff pastry shells or pre-baked ready to use pastry cups. Fill cups and eat!
