Black-eyed peas in a zesty marinade make a wonderful dip! Ingredients: 2 cans black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained 1 bottle zesty Italian salad dressing ½ green pepper, chopped 1 small onion, chopped 1 small can jalapeno peppers 1 jar pimentos 2 cloves minced garlic 9 oz box frozen corn 2T fresh cilantro Salt & pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate.
