Local Homeschooler at Jeopardy for her Co-op Science Team Print
img_6460December 1, 2008 - Homeschooler Sarah Bennage, 16, can hardly contain her excitement at getting the correct answer for her team in the Jeopardy game in biology lab class at the Academy Days homeschool co-op in November. Beside her, Sara Beth Camp, 15, patiently waits for the next question.

After weeks of dissections and discussions, the 12 science students end fall semester 2007 with a Jeopardy game covering everything they have learned, with the winning team earning a pizza lunch.

Held weekly during the school year at Grace Community Church in Millbrook, Academy Days co-op is designed for high school and elementary students to learn subjects difficult to teach at home or best taught in group settings.
