Local Homeschooler Gets Creative |

![]() Through story-writing, the sixth grader and his fellow homeschoolers learn to brainstorm ideas, organize their thoughts, use descriptive language, and bring their creative ideas from their heads to the paper for others to read. In addition to creative writing class, Jason takes P.E., U.S. history and forensic science at co-op this semester. The Academy Days co-op, held weekly during the school year at Grace Community Church in Millbrook, is designed for preschool through high school students to learn subjects difficult to teach at home, such as science labs and art, or best taught in group settings, such as drama and P.E. |
